The CFA® Program provides a strong foundation of advanced investment analysis and real-world portfolio management skills that will give you a career advantage.
The course of study is organized into three levels and each level requires passing a six-hour exam. The program curriculum is designed for self-study and increases in complexity as you move through the three levels. Candidates report dedicating in excess of 300 hours of study to prepare for each exam. The standardized exams are simultaneously held in many test centers around the world and are always in English. The program is fully administrated by CFA Institute.

In Germany, CFA exams are held in test centers in Frankfurt and Munich (Levels I-III in June; Level I in December). To enroll in the CFA®Program and register for your first Level I exam, you must have:
Applicants pay an initial one-time enrollment fee upon entering the CFA Program. In addition, applicants are required to pay a registration fee for each exam. Returning candidates pay only the exam registration fee.
