Get more impact with your thought leadership with Gemini Notebook (formerly Google NotebookLM)

Your strongest opinions came out of years of work: market commentaries and client letters, the slides from your conference talks, a podcast you guested on, voice memos after a meeting, debates in the investment committee, and the central bank papers and academic studies you read closely. That material holds the origins of your point of view and the reasoning behind it.

AI can help you write from that thinking, but only if you set it up to work from your own materials.

In this session, you'll design your personal AI writing and research workflow: a repeatable way to go from raw material to a published point of view.

It starts with a corpus of knowledge, your own collection of the ideas, analysis and sources that shape how you see the market, organized so you can draw on it again and again. You'll build the workflow in Gemini Notebook, Google's source-grounded research tool formerly known as NotebookLM. You'll load mixed raw materials (documents, slides, spreadsheets, audio recordings, web pages and videos) and use them to:

  • trace your ideas back to where they started and see how your thinking has changed
  • test whether your storyline holds up, and face the strongest counter-argument before your readers do
  • check the facts underneath your analysis
  • find public-domain research that sharpens your point of view

Whether you work inside a large asset manager or run your own firm, you'll leave with a workflow you can use every time you write: one that helps you turn scattered material into thought leadership with bold opinions, deeper analysis and a clear line back to where your ideas came from.
