How can we make better decisions and perform more effectively, not only under pressure, but in everyday moments as well?
In this in-person session, Kal will introduce Composed Performance, a new framework designed to enhance decision quality and performance by strengthening two key capabilities: Composure and Access to Skill.
Rather than focusing on the framework in theory alone, the session will also bring it to life. Kal will demonstrate a range of real-time Composure Regulation and Conditioning methods and techniques, giving participants a direct look at how these approaches can be applied in the moment.
