Sébastien Page is Head of Global Multi-Asset and Chief Investment Officer at T. Rowe Price.
He is a member of the Asset Allocation Committee, which is responsible for tactical investment decisions across asset allocation portfolios. Sébastien is also a member of the Management Committee of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and serves as Management Committee Champion for VALOR at T. Rowe Price, the firm’s employee-led business resource group dedicated to fostering inclusion and engagement of veterans and allies while honoring their strength, contributions, and experiences. Sébastien’s investment career began in 2000, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015. Previously, he was Executive Vice President at PIMCO, where he led a team focused on research on and development of multi-asset solutions. He also served as Senior Managing Director at State Street Global Markets. Sébastien earned a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Finance from Sherbrooke University in Quebec, Canada. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Sébastien has co-authored award-winning research for the Journal of Portfolio Management (2003, 2010, 2011, 2022) and the Financial Analysts Journal (2010, 2014). He is the author of Beyond Diversification (McGraw Hill, 2020), co-author of Factor Investing and Asset Allocation (CFA Institute Research Foundation®, 2016), and author of a forthcoming book titled The Psychology of Leadership (Harriman House, 2025). He serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Portfolio Management and the Financial Analysts Journal, as well as on the board of directors of the Institute for Quantitative Research in Finance (Q Group). Sébastien is a frequent contributor to financial media, including Bloomberg TV and CNBC, and was named one of LinkedIn’s Top 15 Voices in Finance in 2022.
