Honoré Achille is an Executive Director at JLL and member of the global leadership team for Strategic Value Advisory, where he drives advisory services for institutional investors and lenders through strategic guidance, market intelligence, and integrated execution support. He previously led the business development and the Global Client Care program for JLL's Value and Risk Advisory business.
Before joining JLL in 2007, Achille spent his early career in the building consultancy and construction industry. He holds a degree in Architecture from the Technical University of Berlin with a specialization in property development.
He is a chartered surveyor (MRICS), lecturer, and has contributed to publications on diverse real estate matters. He serves on committees at EPRA, INREV and ULI where he is Co-Chair of ULI's European Product Council for Office and Mixed-Use.
