Tracy specializes in entrepreneurial innovation and program management, with over 12 years of experience in marketing and change management, her current focus is the setup and acceleration of Innovation and RI Platform at NN Investment Partners. Tracy oversees a portfolio of innovation initiatives in different phases: inspiration, incubation, and implementation. She also drives the transition of organizational structure and culture changes as she believes these to be the key factors for investment firms to adopt AI and implement data strategies.
