For the first time, we are offering this unique opportunity that allows you complement your financial skills with broader management skills in an easy and compact, face-to-face format.Similar programs typically run for 5 to 10 full days. Our version compresses the curriculum to three days (delivered two blocks of one and a half days each), leaving aside those MBA topics already covered in the CFA Program curriculum. For our pilot session in July 2025, we are offering this at a fraction of what you would pay for other Mini-MBA programs.
The concept
Invented by McGill University in Montreal many decades ago, a Mini MBA covers the essential elements of the classic MBA curriculum in just a few days. It gives a broad overview of the content taught in full-time programs at leading business schools worldwide. It is designed to provide access to some of the most useful models and concepts - without the hefty price tag or the serious time commitment.
How it works
The CFA curriculum already has you covered regarding finance, economics, and ethics. We can therefore focus on leadership, strategy, marketing & sales, and operations. True to the business school spirit, we will use case studies and short simulations to create a stimulating and competitive atmosphere.
What’s different
This is a high-paced, demanding program. You will refresh and expand your knowledge & skills and probably feel a bit overwhelmed at times. You will hopefully walk away more confident and eager to dig deeper. Note: this is obviously NOT a degree program: you will not “have” an MBA or “be” an MBA afterwards. But you will be familiar with the core curriculum.
