Behavioral Science
The working group aims to learn more about the application and use of Behavioral Science in the financial industry.
The application of behavioral science approaches in companies has gained popularity in recent years. Human thought and decision processes are analyzed with the aim of changing them if necessary (e.g. through nudging). Companies can improve internal decision-making processes or use the gained knowledge to develop products with higher customer value.
The working group has therefore set itself the goal to find out whether and how Behavioral Science approaches are used in financial institutions.
