In this in-depth workshop with Prof. Dr. Pfromm, you will deal with a Harvard business case and deepen your negotiation techniques and tactics. The participants first negotiate a simulation and identify individual optimisation potential in the context of the case discussion. Dividing the participants into groups of investors or founders makes it possible to experience the other side's assessment at the end.

The subsequent discussion allows for an in-depth exchange on negotiation strategy and tactical aspects, beyond the simulation case.  

Important information: Relevant materials to prepare for the simulations and for your assigned role will be provided beforehand.

Please note that due to the prior allocation of the negotiating partners, your participation in the actual workshop is very important.  If you are unable to attend, you agree to informing us at least 48 hours before the workshop, so that we can reallocate the groups.

There is no need to have attended the first workshop in order to successfully participate in this workshop.
