Biography
Florian Wedlich works as a Product Owner in the Retail Banking area at ING Germany. Florian is quite interested in a better understanding of human decision-making and behaviour and integrating it in financial products and business processes. In his dissertation, he analyzed how personality influences investors' risk behaviour in stock markets. After completing his doctorate, Florian worked as a consultant for different financial service providers in the area of digitalization and investments (robo-advisory). Florian is a CFA charterholder since 2017 and member of the Behavioural Finance working group of the CFA Society Germany.
